Just got back from Coachella. Whoa...I'm pooped. The performance was as if they never broke up.

I should have some clips up tomorrow.

Your thoughts...

What was really amazing last night was that it wasnt supposed to ever happen again, but it did. Getting to hear them play wake up and down rodeo was a special treat. Flags were being set on fire around me and people were throwing stuff in the air that was on fire. Zack jumping up on a 7 foot high stack of speakers for the end of Wake Up was incredible. Equally amazing was after the show when all of the guys got together and hugged and you could see Zack saying "thank you so much" to the crowd.

Everything about that show was awesome.

Man, what a fucking show. I still cant believe they played Renegades of Funk. I just lost it when they played Down Rodeo. Wow...

I got in the front during the roots and stayed there for a while. When Crowded House finished up it just went fucking crazy and we still had Mano Chao to perform. It just became too much for me, Icouldnt breathe right so i crowd surfed outta there. Even after I was out I couldnt breathe right. I then found a good spot and got closer going mosh pit to mosh pit.

I was in front on Tim's side. Packed in like sardines from Crowded House on, it just got worse. People were bailing as they played Testify. You couldnt bail even if you wanted to during Bulls it was so packed tight. I saw many people asking in terror for people to help them out. Those fuckin barriers they have seem like they make things worse. There were only a couple times when you got enough room and proper footing to even jump. I actually thought about bailing it was so bad. If I had to do it again I might have chosen a different location; not so far toward the middle/front against the fuckin barriers. Now back at home, after hydrating and getting some rest, it was UN-FUCKIN-BELIEVABLY A-FUCKIN-MAZING. Zacks speech was right on. Rage is at a new level now, as is the fight we have ahead of us in the movement. "Far beyond administrations"(if anyone has a ver-batim quote, please post) Can't wait for Rock the Bells!
