Yea, there's a thread somewheres bout them, from waaay back...at which time I liked em'. After seeing some more of thier media...I think the vocalist tries a wee bit too hard. Band itself is good though...

Every rage forum Ive ever visited Ive seen one of their members post their website.

I would definitely go see a RATM cover band live, but I would never buy an album again. I already have all of rages stuff, why would i listen to someone else play it. Thats just the way I feel about cover bands/

I'm not a member tongue.gif

Last few months, I've seen lots of tribute/cover bands. It's pretty trippy when I first saw a tribute band, because they actually dress the part, and that part, I don't like so much because sometimes they take the whole thing too seriously. These guys I don't see dressing the part too much, but they still sort of do. And I'll agree, I think the vocalist tries too hard.

I think I'll always be interested to listen to a band cover music that has influenced me as much as Rage Against The Machine. I think it's cool to hear of a Rage tribute band. hah, but I'd expect them to be pretty damn good, though... because it's Rage!

Yea, I was at this little battle of the bands downtown, and a pretty good group came up, and played a cover of freedom...with they're own fills and solo and shit. Werent a cover band, just did a nice rendition of a killer song...I thought they did a much better job then most cover bands because of that.

Did anybody see the quicktime files or listen to the MP3's? Were they any good? I'm at work and can't hear them. sad.gif

^Let me be the one to point out the obvious here...

Unless it's the actual band, it will, of course, be different.
