A MAN sought by the UK authorities for allegedly attempting to pervert the course of justice by sending a controversial DVD to a judge and jury foreman during a trial relating to bomb attacks in London in July 2005 has appeared before the High Court after being arrested in Co Meath.

Sheffield-born Anthony John Hill (60) was arrested by gardaí at his home in Carrick Street, Kells, early yesterday morning on foot of a European Arrest Warrant, Mr Justice John MacMenamin was told.

Mr Hill’s extradition is being sought in relation to his alleged actions during the trial of several people on conspiracy charges related to the attacks on July 7th, 2005, that took place on the London underground and a London bus.

It is alleged that, in May and June 2008, Mr Hill sent several copies of a DVD entitled 7/7 Ripple Effect to the judge and the foreman of a jury at the trial at Kingston Crown Court of people allegedly involved in assisting the 2005 bombings.

7/7 Ripple Effect is a film, available on the internet, which claims people accused of involvement in the bombings are innocent and that the bombings were an “inside job”, perhaps involving state intelligence agencies in either Britain or Israel.

The British authorities claim copies of the DVD were sent, in packaging with Irish postal marks, between September 2007 and December 2007 to five relatives of people who had been killed during the bombing.

In court yesterday, Sgt Seán Fallon said that when arrested at his Kells home at 8.14am, Mr Hill, when asked about the DVD, had said: “I sent it. I believe those men to be innocent.”

Sgt Fallon said Mr Hill had said that a friend of his had made the DVDs and that copies were made on his computer.

Gardaí took possession of computers at Mr Hill’s home yesterday and will apply to the court to send those computers to the British authorities.

The matter was adjourned by Mr Justice MacMenamin to February 18th and Mr Hill was remanded in custody.

Yesterday, on the 27th February 2007, hundreds of thousands of people with access to the internet, were able to see a video, or hear about it, which showed a female (Jane Standly) BBC reporter on 9-11 (2001), stating that the Salomon Brother's building, also known as WTC 7, had collapsed. Trouble is, the building was still standing at the time of the report, and could clearly be seen behind the reporter in the background. The time-stamp of the video also shows that the report took place approximately twenty-six minutes before the actual collapse of WTC Building 7.

Today, on the 28th February 2007, the BBC (that you fund) is being pressured by thousands of 9-11 truth activists to name the source of this claim; which reveals prior knowledge of the building's collapse; and is refusing to name it. WTC 7 was never hit by a plane, and only suffered; according to eyewitness reports confirmed by video footage; minor damage to one side, and minor fires. Videos of the actual collapse clearly show the building was “pulled” in a controlled demolition. There were explosives already in place in the building in the building. It was an inside-job.

There has been much nonsense written about why my company ran an exercise on 7 July 2005 that had very close parallels to the real thing that day. Since then I have made several attempts to add my own comments to numerous sites that seem to get increasingly excited about their own conspiracy theories and in the process exclude any rational debate. It seems those who occupy the world of finding conspiracy theories to replace just about any coincidence, do not want to have any dialogue with those offering a different view, but I have not yet given up hope. I am therefore hoping, perhaps naively, that someone might like to read an honest and factual account about a particular exercise my company ran in London three years ago.

Unfortunately, the BBC had postponed in 2008 a programme in their ‘conspiracy files’ series that would have done this. Our client three years ago agreed to be named in the BBC programme since the attitude of the producer and his team was very balanced (several conspiracy theorists were also invited to take part). We even allowed our complete exercise material to be made available to the BBC. Regrettably broadcasting in 2008 might have jeopardised an ongoing court case, so they had little choice about postponing it to 2009.

Early in 2005 Reed Elsevier, an organisation specialising in information and publishing that employs 1,000 people in and around London, asked us to help them prepare an effective crisis management plan and rehearse it before sign-off. Several draft scenarios were drawn up and the crisis team themselves set the exercise date and time: 9.00am on 7 July.

The test was planned as a table-top walk through for about six people (the CM team) in a lecture room with all injects simulated. Everything was on MS PowerPoint. The location of their Central London office near to Chancery Lane was chosen as one test site. With many staff travelling to work via the London underground system, the chosen exercise simulated incendiary devices on three trains, very similar to a real IRA attack in 1992, as well as other events.

As there had been eighteen terrorist bomb attacks on tube trains prior to 2005, choosing the London Underground was logical rather than just prescient. With this in mind it was hardly surprising that Deutsche Bank had run a similar exercise a few days before and, prior to that, a multi-agency (and much publicised) exercise code-named Osiris II had simulated a terrorist attack at Bank tube station. Moreover, I had also taken part in a BBC Panorama programme in 2004 as a panellist alongside Michael Portillo MP et al, in an unscripted debate (we had no idea at all what the scenario was to be?) on how London might once again, deal with terrorist attacks, only this time it was fictional (created entirely by the BBC).

In short, some of the research for our exercise had already been done. The scenario developed for our client even started by using fictitious news items from the Panorama programme then, as with any walk through exercise, events unfolded solely on a screen as dictated by the facilitator without any external injects or actions beyond the exercise room. Also factored into the scenario was to be an above ground fictitious bomb exploding not far from the head office of the protected Jewish Chronicle magazine where for exercise purposes, our imagined terrorists would have been aware that commuters would now be walking to work (past a building already considered a target) as some tube stations would have been closed.

Of just eight nearby tube stations that fell within possible exercise scope, three were chosen that, by coincidence, were involved in the awful drama that actually took place on 7 July 2005. A level of scenario validation that on this occasion, we could have done without.

An exercise that turns into the real thing is not that unusual. For example, in January 2003, thirty people were injured when a tube train derailed and hit a wall at speed. At the same time, the City of London Police were running an exercise for their central casualty bureau where the team quickly abandoned their plans and swung into action to cope with the real thing.

For a surprising number of people such coincidents cannot be accepted as such. There just has to be a conspiracy behind them, despite the obvious point that painstaking research will always identify probable above possible scenarios. By the way, the only reason I was asked to speak on TV news that day, when there was still much confusion about the real tragedies, was to encourage more organisations to thoroughly plan their own exercises knowing the threat of terrorism is and remains, very real. One tragic consequence being Islam, a great Abrahamic, monotheistic faith (along with Judaism and Christianity), has undeservedly become vilified by some people.

He says the crisis team set the date and time for the exercise. Who, precisely, came up with the date and time? The British people have a right to know.

In one of Power's TV interviews, he said that they had to make the jump from "slow-time thinking to quick-time doing", meaning that whoever arranged for the exercise and chose that date and time, had everything ready to do exactly what he described, and therefore foreknowledge of the attacks.

The "surprising number of people" he mentions, cannot accept such unbelievable coincidences because we are neither fools or coincidence theorists like Power makes himself out to be. It is inconceivable that it was a coincidence that terrorists chose the exact same locations as the exercise he was taking part in. On the very same day. And three underground tube trains, and one surface vehicle. Four explosions. Just like the exercise.

And "coincidentally", Rudy Giuliani (mayor of New York at the time) and Benjamin Netanyahu ("911 is good for Israel") were in London on 7/7.

There's a lot of money to be made in this "War On (OF) Terror" business, in the "security" sector. Of course, to get companies (and tax-payers) to fork out money for security (enslavement) *, they have to be con-vinced that the situation is INSECURE in the first place. And that's where false-flag attacks come in handy don't they?

* It's not security anyway, it's about crisis management AFTER the event. As well as other things.

Strangely, it's never someone like Tony Blair who is the target however. No, for some reason, "they" just happen to choose to blow up ordinary people, Muslims too... on the same day as anti-terror exercises are taking place in the same locations.

I'm sure most readers here are familiar with the term compartmentalization. Perhaps all six of them (if it is true what he says) in their particular exercise needn't have known what was to take place. And the City of London police who were also taking part in an exercise (and who also were in an excellent position to jump to "quick-time doing") needn't have known either. I believe there were others taking part in exercises too that day. The British Transport police for example. Their roles would be simply to be in the right place at the right time, to manage the real crisis that most of them did not know was to take place that very morning. It's only the guys higher up the pyramid who would know.

Apart from those "above-board" exercises, there would have been other secret operations taking place that day, including of course the role of the four Muslim patsies and the anti-terror branch who shot three of them in Canary Wharf.

Power may have been duped. But to make out that he is still a dupe, with his talk of such astronomical coincidences being LIKELY to happen, is very hard to swallow.

So why doesn't he tell us who exactly came up with the date and time for the exercise, if he truly intends to be forthcoming now. Instead of continuing to play cat and mouse with the truth.

He says "by the way, the only reason I was asked to speak on TV news that day... was to encourage more organisations to thoroughly plan their own exercises". But the truth is that 7/7 was a false flag, the TV coverage was organised, and the only reason he went on TV was to assuage the suspicions of so many people taking part in exercises that day. If the exercises had not been made public, then many of them would suspect something was up and start to think for themselves. But with Power's appearance on TV, the message was "nothing to see here, all above-board, just a coincidence".

Then cue smirk, GRIN and GIGGLE!

Wow, jailed for sending a few inflammatory (but largely inoffensive) DVDs of political opinion? No matter where you stand on an issue you deserve a voice. What's the charge, even? Is it, as they say, "attempting to pervert the course of justice"? That's fucking bullshit. Sure, it was unsolicited, but the recipients don't have to watch it or pay attention to it. And even if they did, it's not even close to stealing/altering/destroying evidence or intimidating witnesses and experts in the trial. It's just presenting an opinion and an alternate theory.

The official charge is the supposed attempting to pervert the course of justice, when in all reality the perversion of justice is the withholding of evidence from the jury, and the putting forth of the 'official story' as the real Truth of the events of that day. There are some other supposed 7/7 Truth activists as well as some sincere ones, but to the best of my knowledge JAH Muad'Dib is the only person who took the initiative to ensure that the Judge and the Jury (as well as the family members of the victims who have a right to know who murdered their loved ones) were presented with the facts many of which the 'authorities' have been working frantically to bury, and to explain away as 'co-incidence'. Almost everybody who has seen the film have given it an excellent review and it has been called the best documentary about 7/7 to date, and to be on par with '9/11 Loose Change'; however, in spite of this, there are those suspected to be 'gatekeepers' who have bashed Muad'Dib and the film and (while still claiming to be Truth-activists) actually agreed with the arrest! I believe that the DVD's were sent with the full knowledge that an arrest warrant and trial may/likely would come of it, which means that this man is a HERO for doing what others were too afraid to do, because they are too afraid of the big-bad government men and their own personal safety, instead of putting others (in this case the 3 Islamic men beign charged with the bombings) before themselves. I am certain that Muad'Dib will be self-representing in court and if there is anybody in the U.K. or able to make it to the trial on Feb 18th, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The film "7/7 Ripple Effect" is finished and publicly released electronically on the Internet on the 5th November 2007 (Guy Fawke's Day – Divine Timing), and goes viral, sending ripples and waking up sleepers across Britain and around the world, as intended.

Muad'Dib also sends out physical DVD copies during May/June 2008, when the first trial of the three men is taking place at Kingston, because He believes those men to be innocent and cannot stand by and do nothing and allow innocent men to spend years in prison for something they did not do. Later, on 1st August 2008, it is reported that the jury in this trial cannot arrive at a verdict after three weeks of consideration, and the judge dismisses them. Perhaps "7/7 Ripple Effect" has something to do with THIS; as you might glean from reading on; ensuring the accused are not wrongfully found guilty and sentenced, yet.

On 19th August 2008, a BBC Conspiracy Files film crew which is preparing a hit-piece on 7/7 Truth, tracks down Muad'Dib's residence and ambushes Him, cameras rolling, attempting to get Him to reply to evil loaded questions. Muad'Dib doesn't speak a word to them and walks past them. This takes place AFTER email exchanges between BBC representatives and Muad'Dib, initiated by the BBC, where Muad'Dib states His conditions in order to agree to take part in their programme about His film, which they refused to agree to.

As a direct result of Muad'Dib's non-compliance with the government propaganda organ called the BBC, in aiding them to produce a hit-piece to smear 7/7 Truth and undo the ripples caused by the film, the authorities are forced to resort to their plan B: His arrest, and (as of now) attempted extradition to face trial in England. Please bear in mind the DVD's are sent in May/June, and they wait till AFTER the BBC's failed attempts in August to trump up the charge of "attempting to pervert the course of justice". Also bear in mind that the film "7/7 Ripple Effect" has already been publicly available for at least six months before Muad'Dib mails copies to the judge and jury.

A European arrest warrant requested by the British authorities is issued on the 17th January 2009, TWO DAYS before the re-trial of the three accused begins at Kingston, on 19th January 2009.

Then, on Tuesday 10th February 2009, Muad'Dib's home is invaded by policy enforcers known as gardai, who broke the peace instead of keeping it. He is arrested and computers, printer, DVD-burner and also documents forming part of His Defence are stolen and remain so to this day. Not even a search warrant is produced. He is treated like a terrorist criminal. His home looked like it had been burgled when the gardai had finished turning it over, which is, in reality, what they did - burgle it.

On the same day, He is taken before a judge in a Dublin court, who orders His remand in custody for 8 days until the next hearing.

On Wednesday 18th February, the judge sets bail conditions and adjourns till Wednesday 4th March 2009. The conditions are:-

1. Surrender of passport.

2. Shall not communicate with any party in England or Wales save for wholly personal reasons or save for reasons wholly connected with the church and organisation known as The Way. (Effectively forbidding Him from discussing 7/7 with anyone in England and Wales, and a clear indication that they are attempting to keep His trial secret in those countries.)

3. Has to sign at Garda station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8am and 8pm.



And the ransom money to be paid is the hefty sum of 3500 Euros.

On the evening of Thursday 19th February 2009, Muad'Dib is ransomed following a successful Bail Appeal for donations and freed, after spending nearly 10 whole days in prison.

That same day it is reported in the English press that some pupils in English schools are being encouraged to imagine they are the "suicide bombers" plotting the July 7 attacks. The real motive for this, being, to completely side-step the issue of whether the four men were actually guilty in the first place, so as; through role-playing in classrooms; to re-inforce in children's minds the false belief that there is no doubt that they were (guilty), and that films like "7/7 Ripple Effect" are wrong.

According to reports, this "teaching pack" is then withdrawn after complaints, when it becomes public knowledge.

Muad'Dib attends another hearing on Wednesday 4th March 2009, where the judge quickly adjourns until the same time the following week. They need to prepare an affidavit and submit it before next week, to then see if everyone is ready for the real hearing.

On the hearing of Wednesday 11th March 2009, the proper hearing has now been set for Thursday 19th March 2009 at 2:00 PM, at the Four Courts building in Dublin, probably in Court 11 (will confirm in which just prior to the hearing).

To this day, no English newspaper has reported on Muad'Dib's arrest and extradition trial. The authorities do not want the jury in the re-trial of the three innocent men at Kingston to know about Him and "7/7 Ripple Effect", to make sure they find the accused guilty this time around, instead of unable to agree on a verdict, or, even better for TRUE JUSTICE: find the innocent men not guilty.



The three on trial are from Leeds in Yorkshire and their alleged offence was in London, so why aren't they being tried in Leeds or London? Why a sleepy, quiet, predominantly white suburb like Kingston? Doing their dirty deeds away in the dark, away from view, to keep it as quiet as possible?

T.H.E.Y.* are determined to convict these three innocent men to, by extension, CON-vince the British people that the original four were guilty also. And undo the effect of Muad'Dib's ripples.

We met with John Anthony Hill who got arrested for mailing a DVD (with no letter attached) to a UK court from Ireland (reported by the Irish Times). John is also the producer and narrator of this DVD. Mr Hill, 60 years old, showed us his arrest warrant and gave us permission to pass on information contained in it. The maximum sentence on the warrant is Life Imprisonment in England. John had his computer and other property seized which is why he requested other people to help him as he is not able to defend him self properly as a result. The phony charge is possibly fabricating evidence that might cause injustice and this is from the same country that helped put people in Guantanamo and other torture facilities world-wide. The DVD only contains main stream media news (BBC, ITV, New York Times etc) and the small remainder is his political opinion which as of yet no one is legally supposed to be extradited for, within the EU. The DVDs were also never given to the Judge or Foreman of the trail which is to do with 3 men never mentioned in the DVD. Regardless if you agree or disagree with the contents of this documentary anyone who values freedom would see there is an injustice being carried out here.


John's court case is on this Thursday at the four courts in Dublin. Having a gathering outside would not change anything inside the court but it might get the media to shine more light on this injustice. John is asking anyone who is not working that day (this Thursday the 19th) to come along at 1:30pm, and any who can take a half day. I'm not sure if handing out his DVD or flyers with information contained in the DVD on the street would be WELCOMED by the court, but it is not yet illegal to hand out free materials on the public streets of Dublin that does not promote a commercial event. Anyone who has the technical abilities to make copies or photocopy information and is able to come along might want to think of doing so. The documentary is available free on the Google videos and Youtube, 7/7 Ripple Effect. Perhaps spread this on forums and contact the media if you think it is a good idea or better yet come up with your own peaceful ideas.

I'm sure you would want support too if injustice was being carried out against you, but you should only help because you want to.

We know, in the past, at times of tension, the major authorities have come down heavy-handed and just took no nonsense, supposedly, from people who simply spoke up against certain policies. We look at the Middle Ages and think those times have gone, when they made you kiss the king's ring and they gave you a quick execution; and if not, they'd hang you, they’d draw you and quarter you, which took quite some time, and it wasn't very pleasant at all. That was often done for political views or even a condemnation of some policy of the king or queen or whatever; and what they always tell you is you can't interfere with their judicial system. Once again, under the law, their law you see, which is so wide to interpretation (that's why they have lawyers) that they can expand that, to include so many things.

Well, there's a man who made - and I've mentioned this video before - the 7/7 Ripple Effect video - it's up there on the internet for everyone to see, it's been up for a long time, and his name is John Anthony Hill. He produced it and it was to do with the bombings in London. He strung together, basically, a whole bunch of articles that were shown publicly on national television and from newspapers and so on and made this documentary. Because of what happened, he's now been arrested and, at the moment, he's in Ireland, Southern Ireland and the EU have got a warrant out and they charged him with extradition back to England, to Westminster, to stand trial for interference, in some way or another, they claim, with a court case that was going on to do, not so much with the bombers who were blown up, supposedly, but acquaintances of the bombers, at the trial that was going on at the time. This is an article from the WiseUp Journal the 16th March 2009, by Gabriel O'Hara and it says:

These are the supposed friends or acquaintances or maybe acquaintances of the accused bombers. And, by the way, the security companies intercepted the DVD anyway, so the judge never got a hold of it.

Regardless if you agree or disagree with the contents of this documentary anyone who values freedom would see there is an injustice being carried out here.

It's a precedent this case, that's what it really is.

Then there's related articles there to do with it, when it was first reported about his arrest in the Irish Times and so on, for extradition. And it's such an iffy, a very iffy charge, attempting to pass or pervert the course of justice. How can you pervert something when you give a DVD that had nothing to do with the actual accused, the ones who are accused in that trial, the judge that he sent it to, with the follow-on from the bombings, with acquaintances and that eventually and I don't know if it was acquitted or what but he didn't have enough evidence to do anything to those guys. The judge never saw this disc.

I think it's a precedents-setting case. It will also affect, possibly too, all journalists, because how does that affect you, if you happen to have evidence about some sort of thing going on, during a court case? Do you pass it on to the judge? Is that the inappropriate authority? Is it a pre-determined case? Supposedly, you're to pass all information to the appropriate dealers in the information. Who's higher than the judge, if it's an enquiry about a case? Maybe it's not the information they want to hear.

There's also videos up there, I'm sure you've seen them too, to do with various Muslims. This fellow isn't a Muslim, but there's Muslims who have been arrested too and then found not guilty, because they had cherries by the way, a bunch of cherries, a few cherries in their home and they were going to make some kind of poison out of the stones. That was the allegations; they were found not guilty and yet one of them is still under house arrest for the last two or three years, it could be indefinite. Therefore, they can find you not guilty and still keep you under house arrest forever, because they've got to find terrorist you see - to justify all the BS that we're under today; all the scrutiny individually. If you can't get terrorism on the go, they'd have to say what's all this money being spent for? What's all the hype, what's all the deprivation of privacy? What's going on? So, they've got to make it happen; it's a must-be.

What I can say about John Anthony Hill's video: it certainly makes you think, because he's using mainstream media findings, using the facts, putting it together and you're left with all these question marks. It does make you ask the right questions. It was the same with 9/11 and 9/11, we know, it was the day planned for a phoney attack on the towers; how coincidental is that? The 7/7 bombings were the same, those three areas where the bombs went off, were all scheduled for phoney bomb attacks, that same day. Come on, what's the odds of it, what's the odds of that happening? These are must-be’s as far as I'm concerned, that's my personal opinion. They're must-be's, because they had to create the problem, to point the fingers, to say look, you need all the security, you can have no privacy, we've got to spy on you all. That's why, we all know that, we all know it, so why go along with the farce? Those who can help Mr. Hill, please do so.

Before I go onto the next article, I do hope there are journalists in Ireland who are interested in this kind of story, it's a bit of a change from the usual what's the local politician doing with the local prostitute story. This is more important. I'm sure some of you could probably shake off the hang-over from St. Patrick's Day and turn up to see what's going on. At least let the public know what's happening in your own country.

The British government through Westminster Magistrates Court are looking to have John Anthony Hill extradited to the UK, accused of mailing a DVD (with no letter) to a court, to face a maximum sentence of life imprisonment . The DVD was titled to the judge and to the "foreman of the jury". I think most people would have faith that a court administrators would know whether to legally pass it on or not, which they did not pass on. The way it was sent makes it impossible to pervert the course of justice. John is also the producer and narrator of this documentary which basically shows footage from the BBC, ITV and some news articles by the New York Times and others.

The small remainder of John's documentary that is not from main stream media is his political opinion. The European Arrest Warrant Act states no one can be extradited for political opinion and it says that the warrant is also invalid if it violates any of John's Irish constitutional rights. In court I never heard that exact point brought up or even the exact term "political opinion". I heard hypothetical arguments about the term "freedom of expression".

If John is sent to prison in the UK this could set a new precedent taking away even more little freedoms we have left. If that happens why would it not apply to emails with links to documentaries or news articles? That is what's at stake on the European level and on a local level it's the dismantling of the Irish Constitution.

The prosecutor accused John of sending the DVDs to the court because he thought the accused men where innocent! The DVD is about four other men and never mentions the three men accused at the court the DVDs were sent to, plus doesn't the law state that every person is innocent until proven guilty? As far as I know that right has not been taken away… yet, at least for non-Muslims not detained in Guantanamo bay and other similar U.S. and UK rented facilities worldwide (for the moment).

John is charged with a common law offence, attempting to pervert the course of justice. The legal common law definition of perverting the course of justices is: "1) Fabricating or disposing of evidence, 2) Intimidating a witness or juror, 3) Threatening a witness or juror". There was no fabricating of evidence, over 80% of the film is from public main stream media and the rest is John's political opinion relating to that information. His film was also in the public domain on youtube. Intimidating or threatening is not mentioned on the European Arrest Warrant of course as no letter was sent and John is a peaceful spiritual man.

While a small few outside the court were handing people entering the four courts copies of John's DVD the judge inside said what John did is not a crime in Ireland. Another one of the conditions of the European Arrest Warrant is that the charge must be a similar offence in Ireland. It would be like posting a newspaper to a court or handing a DVD to a person entering a court, who could well be a jury member.

John mailed the publicly available DVD in Ireland and has been living in Ireland, as a result he is afforded the rights of the Irish constitution, which the European Arrest Warrant also states. The EAW must do so as in Irish law there is no higher law of the land and parts of it are actually worth the paper it's written on (unless there is a national emergency or we vote it away to some economic union).

The barristers argued back and forth for over an hour and outcome of John Anthony Hill's court hearing last Thursday at the Dublin four courts was that a judgement would be announced on the second of April after the judge watches John's DVD (7/7 Ripple Effect).

The following extracts are from the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 that shows John can not be surrendered for extradition as it violates his constitutional rights and he can not be extradited for his political opinion or for an offence that is not an offence in Ireland.

European Arrest Warrant Act 2003, "37 (1) A person shall not be surrendered under this Act if— © there are reasonable grounds for believing that— (i) the European arrest warrant was issued in respect of the person for the purposes of facilitating his or her prosecution or punishment in the issuing state for reasons connected with his or her sex, race, religion, ethnic origin, nationality, language, political opinion or sexual orientation,"

"37 (1) A person shall not be surrendered under this Act if –
(b) his surrender would constitute a contravention of any provision of the Constitution (other than for the reason that the offence specified in the European arrest warrant is an offence to which section 38 (1) (b) applies." John's case does not fall under section 38 (1) (b) which means surrendering him would violate the Irish Constitution, you can checkout section 38 (1) (b) here and the Framework Decision it references here.

The Irish Constitution is the highest law in Ireland that must be followed

Article 35.2, "All judges shall be independent in the exercise of their judicial functions and subject only to this Constitution and the law."

Opinions can be expressed freely:

Article 40.6.1.i: "The State guarantees liberty for the exercise of the following rights, subject to public order and morality: The right of the citizens to express freely their convictions and opinions."

The Irish Constitution was written originally written in Irish and following articles show that Irish is the first official language:

Article 8.1, "The Irish language as the national language is the first official language."
Article 8.2, "The English language is recognised as a second official language."

The standard Constitution uses alterations of the Irish language before translation to English which it clearly states, "the Irish text has been altered so as to make it conform to modern standardized Irish". Here is what the literal English translation from the original Irish really says on article 40.6.1.i, "The right of the citizens to reveal their certitudes and their opinions without hindrance." More powerful isn't it?

The following article says English can be used for official business but it does not say English can override the original Irish Constitution: LITERAL ENGLISH TRANSLATION FROM ORIGINAL IRISH ARTICLE 8.3, "But provision may be made by law for either of those two languages to be a single language for any official businesses or business throughout the whole State or in any part of it."

The following article from the European Arrest Warrant Act 2003 is yet another point that the British issued European Arrest Warrant fails on: "5.—For the purposes of this Act— (a) an offence under the law of the issuing state [England] corresponds to an offence under the law of the State [Ireland], where the act or omission that constitutes the offence under the law of the issuing state would, if committed in the State, constitute an offence under the law of the State, and (b) an offence under the law of the State corresponds to an offence under the law of the issuing state."

Anyone spiritual like John might like the following article of the Constitution: Article 34.5.1, "Every person appointed a judge under this Constitution shall make and subscribe the following declaration: 'In the presence of Almighty God I, do solemnly and sincerely promise and declare that I will duly and faithfully and to the best of my knowledge and power execute the office of Chief Justice (or as the case may be) without fear or favour, affection or ill-will towards any man, and that I will uphold the Constitution and the laws. May God direct and sustain me.' "

Would the world be a safer place if people who mail public information are behind bars?


Today at the four courts in Dublin, 11am - court 11, the Judge ruled on whether or not to extradite John Anthony Hill to the UK. John mailed a publicly available DVD, with no letter attached, to a court in the UK during a trial of three men. The DVD had nothing to do with those three men, it contained information from the BBC, ITV, the New York Times and other such established main stream news entities about four different men. During John's trial in Ireland, March 19th, the judge said in his closing statement that he would watch the DVD before making a decision. Today we found out that the judge failed to uphold that promise/commitment made in court when he told the court he had not looked at that evidence. The Judge ruled against John, 60 years old, who was then put in to handcuffs and lead away by the police to a prison. The Judge said a number of people from all over the world mailed him envelopes with DVDs, he also said he did not open the envelops.

The judge said the European Arrest Warrant Act does not give him permission to not surrender John under the grounds of freedom of expression, religious reasons or if it was a violation of the Irish constitution. After the judgement, in the public corridors of the four courts, John's barrister said that the European Arrest Warrant Act states he cannot be surrendered if he will be treated unfairly in the UK as a result of his political opinion, which they feel he wont. But if you read the key article 37 of the European Arrest Warrant Act (below) from the Irish Statute Book you can clearly see what it really says. It talks about the warrant being invalid at the issuing point, it does not talk about being treated unfairly if extradited to the issuing state (UK). It says "a person shall not be surrendered" if the warrant is "issued" due to "political opinion". It is even more open than that because it states that if "there are reasonable grounds for believing that" it was issued "for reason connected with his or her" "political opinion" or "religion" then the warrant is invalid and John does not have to be surrendered.

Undoubtedly this precedent will effect emailing links of documentaries and news articles to authorities. During John's trial his government defense barrister did not make the points about the DVD not being about the three men on trial and other important aspects of John's defense were not brought up. Despite John's requests he was not allowed speak during his trial. The judge did not even watch the DVD which he said he would do before making a judgement. This is the justice system, it is not even close to most people's vague ideas of it; the nicely distorted views given by law dramas on TV. When John's rights were taken away so was everyone's, instantly. There was a low turnout of support today and two weeks ago, it seems more people turn up for screenings about rights being taken away then they do to support keeping the little ones we have let when they are under attack. The rest of the uniformed public are not too bothered by anything if it does not directly effect their pockets or at the maximum the pockets of a close family relation.

John might have a chance to appeal, if not he will be extradited out of Ireland in 15 days. The Stone of Destiny:




The story begins in the land of Palestine at a place called Bethel with the Biblical patriarch Jacob (Genesis 28:11-22). The authentic Stone of Destiny is the stone/rock that Jacob used as a pillow when he dreamed of angels ascending and descending on a ladder between Heaven and Earth. When awaking from that dream, Jacob made a vow of allegiance to God and then took the stone he had used as a pillow and anointed it with oil as it would be from then on used as the throne that every subsequent God-sanctioned ruler of Israel would be crowned and sit upon. At that point it became the Throne of Israel, being kept and fiercely protected by all of Jacob's heirs for thousands of years to come.




Flashing forward about 1,100 years after Jacob originally had his dream in a cave near Bethel, the Stone had made its way through all of Israel's times of turmoil and Zedekiah was ruling upon it in Jerusalem. At that point, because of the obstinate ways of the Israelites and their refusal to keep The Covenant, God sent the Babylonian forces to attack and destroy the House of Judah (Israel) and leave all of Jerusalem in ruins. During this siege and conquering, Jeremiah the Bible Prophet hid The Stone, along with The Ark of The Covenant and other Israelite relics until it was safe to whisk them away to safety. With these treasures in possession, Jeremiah also brought with him Zedekiah's daughters, the youngest of which was Teia Tephi, who would be the continuation of the bloodline as God promised to king David centuries prior.




When escaping from Jerusalem, the royal party took The Stone and Ark and traveled to Tanis, Egypt where they stayed safely for a few years. Eventually, Jeremiah was warned by God that Tanis was no longer safe so he took Teia Tephi and the treasures towards Gibraltar, making brief stops along the way. After spending five months in Gibraltar, the group set off northward, stopping at Breogan in Spain and then eventually landing at Mara-Zion in Cornwall.




At that point, the ruler of Cornwall at the time was a man named Elatha who helped Jeremiah and Teia Tephi towards what would be their final destination— Ireland. Elatha sent messengers to the high king (Ard ri) of Ireland, notifying him of the situation and then a guard of 53 ships to ensure safe passage for Tephi and Jeremiah. Upon arrival, Tephi took The Stone with her to Tara where she and the high king, Eochaidh, gave their pledges of marriage over the Stone of Destiny, and Teia Tephi stood upon the Stone and was acknowledged queen of all Ireland.




Presently, in Ireland at the Hill of Tara, is one of the fake stones. It is an obscene phallic stone that foolish people have and are trying to pass off as the real Lia Fail (Gaelic for Stone of Destiny). Calling a phallic stone the Throne of Israel (and Christ) is like telling Christ to come and sit on a stone penis which has caused the Irish to be cursed by God for such an insult. However, that is only one of the fake "Lia Fail" stones presently in existence.




The real Lia Fail/Stone of Destiny stayed in Ireland at the Hill of Tara for over a thousand years after Teia Tephi brought it with her from Jerusalem in 583 B.C. and all the kings of Ireland were crowned on that real Stone, right up to Muircheartach (Murdoch) son of Earc.




In around 500 A.D. Fergus Mor Mac Earc, Muircheartach's brother successfully invaded western Scotland and wanted to be crowned king of the (Scots) Irish who had migrated to Scotland on the real Stone of Destiny and his brother Muircheartach loaned the real Stone to him for that occasion.




Fergus was crowned first king of the Scots in Scotland upon the real Lia Fail in a region called Argyll in the Kilmartin valley of Scotland. From him proceeded forty kings of Scotland. The twelfth king, Evenus built a town which he named after himself called Evonium, now called Dunstaffnage, to which the real Stone was removed and the remainder of the forty kings were all crowned in Dunstaffnage, reigned there, and are buried there.




Eventually, Edward the 1^st of England (Edward "Longshanks" in the film Braveheart) invaded Scotland and removed the real Stone to England in 1296 A.D. where he brought it to Westminster Abbey in London and all the kings of England right up to and including George the 6^th were crowned on that real Stone of Destiny/Lia Fail.




Some Scots have always maintained that a fake Stone was handed over to Edward "Longshanks" by the Abbot of Scone, as he must have known in advance that Edward's soldiers were coming to take the Stone from the Scots. To make that long story much shorter, the ancient writings depict the other stone in question as looking different in shape and colour. Also, the real Stone of Destiny's path to Scotland, and the history of the fake, or other coronation stone/throne known as the Scottish Regal Stone, do not match up, as they came at two different times, being brought by two different people by similar but nevertheless two different routes, which many historians have tried to lump together and which, like a square peg and a round hole, the facts of both do not fit together. This has caused great confusion for the average person looking into the topic because both are similar in content, although the fact remains that they are two totally separate stories about two separate stones that were simply used for the same purpose by two separate branches of the same people and historians have mistakenly tried to jumble up both into one story. The real stone was taken by Edward to Westminster Abbey.




At this point it would be prudent to introduce the Biblical prophecy, located in the book of Ezekiel, about the movement of the true Stone of Destiny:

The first overturn of the Stone was from Jerusalem to Ireland. The second overturn was from Ireland to Scotland. The third overturn was from Scotland to England. The fourth overturn is as follows…




Early Christmas morning, 1950, a group of four student-aged Scottish nationals, removed the real Stone of Destiny/Lia Fail from Westminster Abbey and hurried it off to Scotland. The leader of the group, Ian Hamilton, states in his book, "The Taking of the Stone of Destiny", that king George 6^th had a "fear that the loss portended the end of his dynasty", which of course it did. This removal of the authentic Stone of Destiny justly caused a big stir in England and the authorities immediately began searching for it.




In preparation for the Stone's removal from London, the group of Scots practiced using a fake sandstone replica made by stone mason and sculptor, Bertie Gray. Then, after successfully removing the real Stone of Destiny from Westminster Abbey, Bertie Gray helped Ian Hamilton and another friend of theirs to place the fake sandstone duplicate, wrapped in a Scottish flag, on the high altar at Arbroath Abbey on the 11^th of April, 1951. They then notified the authorities that it could be found there, which they did the following day. The fake sandstone replica was then sent to London and Elizabeth 2 was later crowned upon it. Since Elizabeth 2 has never been crowned upon the real Stone of Destiny/Coronation Stone, she has never been and is not officially the queen of Britain (Israel) in the eyes of God.




When the fake stone was sent to London, George 6^th must have seen it and known, as must his daughter Elizabeth, that the stone left at Arbroath Abbey was a fake, and Elizabeth must have known, from that, that she was cursed by God and never really crowned. As further proof that Elizabeth knows she is a fake, once her dad George 6^th died, Elizabeth Mountbatten (also known by the criminal aliases Windsor and QE2) delayed her coronation whilst desperately seeking and hoping to find the genuine Coronation Stone, but, when it was not found and she had to hold a coronation ceremony, she flatly refused to have the ceremony televised because she was afraid that people would see the fake stone, recognize it as being such, and realize she was a pretender to the Throne. Due to popular-demand, Mrs. Mountbatten was forced to allow the ceremony to be televised, so she set a firm condition upon the BBC that there must be absolutely no close-up shots, and nothing shown at a closer distance than thirty feet, so that no-one would be able to see a close-up of the fake stone that she knew she was pretending to be crowned upon. She must also have known of the prophecies, as did her great, great grandmother Queen Victoria, who said that if Christ came to take the Throne, she would immediately step down and give the throne it to its rightful owner, and everyone of them knew it down to George 6^th. It is unthinkable that George 6^th would not also have taught this to his children, that Christ would come one day and rightfully claim the British Throne (Throne of David and Israel), in fulfillment of prophecy.




Elizabeth 2 who is descended from the royal line of David from the tribe of Judah was then crowned on the fake stone in 1953, so, as above, she has never been crowned queen of Britain in the eyes of God; as God Himself prevented her from being, by having the Stone taken from her in fulfillment of the first half of the prophecy in Genesis chapter 49:10. All that now remains to fulfill the second half of that prophecy is for Christ to come and take His Rightful place on God's Throne – Bethel – The Lia Fail – Stone of Destiny.




Elizabeth has absolutely no right to be the monarch, and she knew it to begin with and surely remains well aware of the situation—and it can be proven with the aforementioned indisputable and bulletproof evidence.




Hopefully everyone reading this article will realize how serious a matter this is as the fake British monarch is at the very top of the entire N.W.O. beast-system, according to ex-MI6 agent Dr. John Coleman in his book: "The Conspirators' Hierarchy", "The Committee of 300". In a hearing on Wednesday 22nd April 2009, the judge has set another hearing for Friday 24th April 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Four Courts building, Dublin.

The prosecution do not want the judge to allow bail for Muad'Dib, even though He has behaved impeccably in His eleven years living in Ireland. He also did not break bail the first time around, recently, and went to sign every time He was expected to, at the Gardai station.

So what the prosecution is doing really is injustifiable. Could there be a lot of pressure being brought to bear on them from "spiritual wickedness in high places"?

After judge Peart having decided on Friday the 24th April 2009 that Muad'Dib could be bailed/ransomed, He was ransomed the next day on Saturday the 25th, having spent 23 days in prison, at an estimated cost of €5300 for the taxpayer.

The bail conditions are the same before except that they wanted more money. They are now holding €6000.

He is well and in good spirit and is awaiting the date for the first hearing before the Supreme Court to be set, where He will appeal against His extradition to the U.K. for sending a DVD containing the truth.

To this day, no English newspaper has reported on Muad'Dib's arrest and extradition trial. The authorities do not want the jury in the re-trial of the three innocent men at Kingston to know about Him and "7/7 Ripple Effect", to make sure they find the accused guilty this time around, instead of unable to agree on a verdict, or, even better for TRUE JUSTICE: find the innocent men not guilty.

On Tuesday 28th April 2009, the Kingston re-trial jury unanimously REFUSED to convict Waheed Ali, Mohammed Shakil and Sadeer Saleem, of helping to plot the 7/7 attacks, finding them not guilty. They have spent over two years in prison. Muad'Dib sent the 7/7 Ripple Effect DVD's to the judge, laywers and jury (whom the judge had misled) of the first trial at Kingston, because they should never have been accused in the first place and had no case to answer. They should never have spent all that time in prison.

However, the following day, on Wednesday 29th April 2009, Waheed Ali and Mohammed Shakil were unjustly sentenced to seven years, for "planning to attend a terror training camp in Pakistan". One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Looking at the atrocious acts of mass terrorism committed by the United States and Britain over the years, together murdering over a million people, it is difficult to see how armed forces from other nations who have spent time training in the USA or Britain, should not logically be accused of the same thing.

7/7 report reveals MI5's workings

The security service's limited resources meant extra checks were not carried out on the 7 July ringleader before the 2005 attacks, a report has said.




The Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) describes in detail what officers knew of Mohammed Sidique Khan before the suicide bombings in London, which killed 52 people.





This latest report, the second by Parliament's ISC into the bombings, will not end calls for a full public inquiry.





But the 108-page report does reveal, in unprecedented detail, the workings of the security service MI5 and how it goes about the shadowy business of uncovering plots to kill Britons.





In compiling their report, the ISC members, who have high-level security clearance, have been given full access to police and MI5 officers and files.





They also have access to the heads of all three intelligence agencies: MI5, SIS (MI6), and GCHQ, the government's communications centre in Cheltenham.





'Astounding figures'




The whole reason for commissioning this second report is that it turned out that the bombers were not after all "clean skins", which means unknown to the police and MI5.




That is what the public were told in 2005, but in fact Khan and Shehzad Tanweer were both tracked on the fringes of another terror plot investigation.





So the ISC has looked at the question of prioritisation in surveillance.





Specifically, it examined whether MI5 should have made Khan a priority back in 2004 and whether this would have prevented the London bombings.





The key suspect in the plot which MI5 was tracking at the time, Omar Khyam (since jailed for life), had over 4,000 telephone contacts.





These are illustrated in a diagram of mind-boggling complexity on page nine of the report.




The ISC says that at the time when he and his associates were being watched, in 2004, MI5 could only provide good intelligence coverage for one of the suspects, with "less good" coverage of another




The names were left blank along with the exact numbers MI5 could watch at one time because the ISC does not want to give potential attackers an advantage.




But the ISC does say that MI5 "could only provide a reasonable level of coverage for 6% of the overall known threat".





'Poor communications'




More than 60% of MI5 targets had coverage described as "inadequate" or "none" - among these were 52 "essential" targets that had no coverage at all.




The report said these were "astounding figures".





It also said that between July 2004 and July 2005, 130,000 man-hours of surveillance were dedicated to international counter-terrorism targets, supporting around 70 operations.





"These numbers demonstrate just some of the vast amount of intelligence that MI5 gathered and assessed in this period", the report states.





The report talks in detail about the role of the Executive Liaison Groups (ELGs) which are "unique to major covert terrorism investigations".





These allow MI5 - which we learn does not use faxes - to share secret intelligence with the police.





On the basis of this, decisions are then made on how to go forward and gather evidence on suspects for prosecution.





The report says MI5 retains the lead for collecting, assessing and exploiting intelligence while the police leads on gathering evidence, obtaining arrests and preventing risks to the public.





'Psychology of extremism'





The ELG, we are told, decides when to hand over tactical direction from MI5 to the police and when to take "executive action" to stop the suspected plot and arrest the suspects.




The ISC does not rule out that future attackers could still slip through the intelligence net at some stage.





But they do point out that the (sometimes poor) communications between the police and MI5 back in 2004 are now a thing of the past.

Previously, the police and MI5 had a sometimes fractious relationship bordering on rivalry, with officers reluctant to share information.





Now, with nine regional Counter Terrorism Units (CTUs) set up around Britain, the two organisations work side by side.





MI5, whose budget trebled between 2001 and 2008, has also devoted more resources to understanding the psychology of extremism to try to stay one step ahead.





But the fundamental dilemmas over priorities remain.




In meetings at Thames House, MI5's HQ in London, intelligence officers have to weigh up which resources to devote to which investigations.

Those decisions are often based on scant information, tip-offs or intercepts.





'Largely exonerated'




Many will be asking the key question - could it happen again? The depressing answer is yes, it could.




Intelligence, says one insider, is an incomplete business.




The ISC's findings have been greeted with relief tinged with sober caution.




Any conclusion holding the security service culpable for the bombings would have been hugely damaging and demoralising.




Instead, the ISC has largely exonerated MI5, as it did the first time round in 2006, but this time after viewing far more information.




The ISC's criticisms - of failures to sufficiently share information with the police and of inadequate record-keeping - are not considered serious enough to have made a difference.




They also refer to a time five years ago, before the national merger of MI5 and Police Special Branch efforts to combat terrorism.




But that is still unlikely to satisfy some who remain convinced that key information is being suppressed that would show that the security service could and should have prevented the London bombings.
