The Lorax is one of my fave books. But I had never heard of it until I was in my last year of teendom.

That's really sad or really funny, and I can't decide which  This book is great tho, I really like it. I would love to see a Lorax movie. It is definately sad, if the book has been banned in school. That shouldn't be allowed. I think the His Dark Materials Trilogy by Philip Pullman was banned by the religous right, becuase of it's heretic nature.
