If Zack was a literary character, who would he be? Here's my list:

Aragorn (from J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy)
Legolas Greenleaf (the elfin archer from LOTR)
Frodo Baggins (disregard the height and the hirsutism factor for a bit)
Alex de Large (A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess)
Dante Alighieri
Beowulf
Marius (Les Miserables by Victor Hugo)
Pedro (Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel)

i can't think of anymore....suggestions are always welcome wink.gif

Marius (Les Miserables by Victor Hugo)

I like that one!! smile.gif

I'd say that Zack is very much the anti-hero character, the guy who helps the main character save the day and doesn't recieve that much credit for it because he buggers off...

I saw Les Miz three years ago. That's one of the very few musicals I enjoy. I felt so bad for poor Eponine, pining for Marius when he doesn't love her back cry.gif he also reminds me of Zatoichi, the blind swordsman...hehe

IF Zack were a literary character who would he be? Zach would be Beowulf. This larger than life protaganist that no one can firmly grasp and understand, but he "goes out" like a "true hero".

he'd be ummmmm he keeps a low profile, he's perfect, and he's quiet and ummmmmmmmmmmm i dont know who he'd be

oh my God, he can just be Zack, we should make up this heroic character based on him, that would just be cool, coz he's one of a kind and no one compares!

I can't remember what George's characteristics were......I haven't read the book since freshman year of high school zshy.gif

Maybe one of the 47 Ronin or a character from a Japanese epic novel (the old samurai period books). I always saw Zack as a ronin (masterless samurai mercenary) or a ruroni (wanderer). wub.gif
