Whenever I can I try to educate people on who Tupac really was, not what he is known for. Its sad that the end of his career is all he is remembered for, and not the beginning when he was so politically motivated.

yes and how his music is always second to his lifestyle. Ask most people about Tupac and they will go on about him being shot and in court and him being a bad boy, which annnoys me because that not the real man. You can see it in the way he writes and the way he was around people. Im glad someone feels the same way about this great man as i do.

Thats good its one of my favourite Tupac songs as well, it is very honest and has amazing lyrics and meaning in the song.

Well if you think the way we do about him, the you are a fan. People who think the negative arent real fans, they are probably people who just regurgitate what they hear from people or on the TV. Too bad too, i cant belive its already been 7 1/2 years since he died. cry.gif

I actually work for a guy who used to hang out with Tupac back in Marin/Oakland. He used to put on shows for rappers in the bay area and he let Tupac go onstage once and the place went nuts. So he said that he always had 2pac go onstage from then on because he would just kill the place. Everyone loved tupac. Then he hooked up with digital underground....same song....2pacalypse...legend.

Yeah i know what youre saying manifest. I miss him too. On Sep 13th last year i figured something cool was going to happen, even though i didnt think it was going to be 'Pac coming back. I went to see the Tupac movie last summer or fall or whenever it was, and i was seriously so sad and emotional when they got to the night in Vegas.

It wasnt like some groundbreaking film or anything, and you dont really get any new 2pac info, but its definitely enjoyable. The whole film is narrarated by 2pac, which is really cool. Im so happy they included the song 2pac did over "In the Air tonight" by Phil Collins. I have loved that song for so long, i think its on the soundtrack too. Itll get there soon enough.

Yeah thats the one,

stairin through my rearview
lookin back at the world
from another level

i wonder when the world stopped carin last night
two kids shot while the whole block starin
i remember understanding society

The movie just covers the life of tupac, nothing special, its just nice to see some of the interviews with him that i hadnt seen before. Did you know that he lived with a white family for a while in Marin?

He is very good and i have been listening to him for a while now but i cant find his records in the uk i was just wondering if anyone had any of his albums. I know he has a website but i was wondering if he is big in America and if anyone knew if his album covers have been banned. ?

I like to stay on top of the hip-hop scene but I never heard of Paris so he's probably not big in America, sounds like I should take a look at 'em though. Do you have a link to his website?
