I know there are plenty of white guys that find dark skinned black women attractive but it's the image of the light skinned, European looking black woman that's upheld in this society. Naomi isn't what the writer had in mind when he used the word "Nubian". I agree she's pretty but would she be as beautiful if she had a broader nose and lost the weave. You don't see very many black women who fit that description gracing the cover of magazines. That still seems to be a taboo?
