I think this is quite intresting, I mean the "Bombtrack" one has been rumoured about for years! And on top of that, the song "How I Could Just Kill A Man" has a video which we never got to see! clap2.gif This is indeed, a very exciting time for Rage Against The Machine fans!! But the question is, of the news, which one of these new videos is giving you that warm fuzzy feeling!?! grin.gif

Myself, I'd have to say "How I Could Just Kill A Man"!! Wonder if it'll contain band footage or be like the "Renegades Of Funk" video clip in a montage fashion?

I still can't believe this is going to happen on 12-9!! I voted Bombtrack, basically, because like you said, its been rumored about for years now, and its gonna happen for us. I had no idea the other was even made! What a great day 12-9 is going to be- its also my son's birthday grin.gif

I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us, you're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end, I came here to tell you how this is going to begin. Now, I'm going to hang up this phone, and I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you. A world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world...where anything is possible.
Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.

Which brings up questions- when was this Bombtrack video made?? And why is it being released 11 years after they debuted it? Same with How I Could Just Kill a Man?
Oh well, right? We'll have them in our hot little hands soon...! laugh.gif w00t.gif

I'm just curious if the "Bombtrack" video will fit its the long lived description from the RATM F.A.Q?

[4-2-2] "Bombtrack"
Due to the fact that this video doesn't appear in the official video collection of what they had done through Evil Empire, its existence is in doubt. However, this is rumored to be the story:

Supposedly, this video dealt with the Shining Path, a Maoist revolutionary group in Peru. The band is seen playing in a cage, in a mockery of the actual treatment of the leader of the Shining Path's captured leader. When caught by the Peruvian government, Abimael Guzman was put in a literal cage for the media to see, much like an animal at a zoo.

Gotta say, I didn't expect "How I Could Just Kill A Man" to win on this one!

No shit! I'm curious about that too, but I'm seriously desiring the Bombtrack vid. After all these years, a VIDEO of one of their signature songs..

Perhaps that's just it though? It's the first song on the first album, so perhaps people are just over it. 'Bombtrack' is a wicked song, but I suppose because the video for 'How I Could Just Kill A Man' could have only just been made weeks apart from the departure of Zack (Maybe even after) and it's still (in comparison to 'Bombtrack') a fairly new song.
