Neither do I
But, if he listed it, it'd be weird to have it on the movie wouldn't it? -------------------- A world this evil should be black, blind, and deaf, and without any feelings at all. Then there won't be any color to be seen, no hatred to be heard, and no pain to be felt.

ok, i know this is an older thread... but i have some shit to say. first off, analyzing lyrics defeats the purpose the artist is pursuing. lyrics arent meant to be discussed, but to be felt. i know i could get in some shit for saying that, but thats what i feel is the truth. although, i understand that rage lyrics arent simply personal things. these words are induced in many many many thoughts that may not be understod by all, which is why i see the need to discuss them here. that way, we all have an understanding. and that way, we become more informed. as for no shelter..... well, i just have one thing to say. im not sure if this has been said before, but i swear that i hear something different in the godzilla version then i do in any other live recording or lyrics that have been printed.
is it just me, or does it sound like this the second time the chorus is played
its not too much different, but theres one word in there thats different. the thing that gets to me is, even rage's website has the lyrics posted the original way, without VULTURE. i dont know if i even have a point here. oh well....i just like to blab. -------------------- "BRUTAL, THE BEST IN TOWN FOR SUPPORTING LOCAL MUSIC"

oh, and a white aristocratic movie maker
taking the tale of a slave ship..... *then pushing views of one culture (europe) into it *then neglecting the tale of what really happened *then adding filler (aka: misdirective lies) to the story he has no first hand experience of *then profiting on it through the AMERICAN MEDIA *then releasing it to a generation of people who care less about history, and more about "fun movies" *then having a whole history of the event scattered to the point where future historians who will look into the event will have this motion picture to reflect upon as a more easier, convinient basis for thier studies. *then having the past once again whiped away by greed. oh yes, DownpressorMan, i would have no idea why anyone would have a problem with this movie. (not trying to sound like a bitch, i just had to make that point. and although i havent seen the movie (because i refuse to), ive heard about it. and even hearing about the movie makes me sick) This post has been edited by brutal: Jan 14 2004, 06:13 PM -------------------- "BRUTAL, THE BEST IN TOWN FOR SUPPORTING LOCAL MUSIC"
