I think it shows the two-faced feature of Gore and Bush, as in they say they will make something better, but really make it worse, if you know what I mean.

^Yeah, that's something like what I think.
I say that they use their "soothing" voice, to let us know everything will be okay. So we don't worry. They know that things are not going well, yet we are told that things are all good. |
