I was just wondering if anyone here has ever had any hardcore beef with their family? Like, serious issues?

yeah i did, it's pretty hard to get over it, but we're cool now....it's kinda sad thu, like i wish i'd never had like issues with my parents sad.gif

i think we tend to take each other for granted and we miss out on so much times together ermm.gif

im sure parents and kids love each other, i just think the problem lies in how we choose to express how we feel...but i'm ok with my parents now, i think we're good friends at this point smile2.gif

That's good to hear you worked it out. It seems that everyone has problems at least at one point in time with their parents. For myself it was more of a moral personality clash, and it's harder in some cases to forgive.

I will never forgive my father for having a mistress (which destroyed our family).........or my mom for not being completely there for me....

I've gotten in a couple fights with my dad over stupid things and my mom never considers sticking up for her daughter...but I guess we are ok now although I will never forgive either of them for it...I've learnt to block things out of my memory...that works.

QUOTE (Renegades @ Jan 28 2004, 09:41 PM)
I was just wondering if anyone here has ever had any hardcore beef with their family?

my family had some beef last night for dinner,
it wasnt hardcore but it was pretty extreme,
i havent tasted hardcore beef for about 10 years,
its not as common as it used to be,
familys are now paying $100 per kilo,
its getting pretty rare,
only the rich upper class can afford hardcore beef now,

My father has a personality disorder called narcissism, so yeah, things weren't that great for us. Caused a lot of problems, but too long of a story to go into...I'd be here all day!!
