I would guess it is Perry Farrell from Jane's Addiction when they played at Lollapalooza in 1993. He's been known to perform naked on stage.

while Im not complaining that they censored that picture, because even as a big fan of rage, im not a fan like that, doesnt it strike you as odd, that they put a censored version of the video (and the picture) on the DVD? I mean, by censoring it, isnt it counteracting the whole POINT of the nude protest?
Its like when Killing in the Name was first played on the radio, and they blanked out the "Fuck you, I wont do what you tell me!" , counteracting the point of the statement, and presenting Zack with a gift... bit more anger. Although, to be fair, they couldn't expect the song to be playe don the radio without censorship, even though they requested it not be. Not a very realistic goal. I guess Timmy C pushed for censorship, he didnt seem too happy with the photo.
